Non-faulty returns

If for any reason you change your mind, just return the item to us in its original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition within 14 days for a refund. 

Unless faulty, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.  

Returning faulty items

If your product is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed. 

​If an item has been approved to be returned we will contact you with details of how to return your item free of charge via Royal Mail tracked service. 

UK Delivery 

• UK first class delivery is free
• We guarantee dispatch the next working day of placing your order if ordered before 2pm
• If your order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched within two working days
• Jewellery is sent either by Royal Mail Tracked service or MyHermes courier
• Complimentary gift wrapping and a personalised card is included with all gift orders. Please indicate this and your recipients address at checkout

International delivery 

• ​We ship items internationally via Royal Mail's International Tracked Service
• We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the country
• Europe: £7.75 (2-10 working days from dispatch)
• Rest of the World: £9.75 (estimated 5-14 working days from dispatch)
