Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery

  • UK standard delivery is free

  • We guarantee to dispatch your order the next working day if placed before 2pm.

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched within two working days.

  • Jewellery is sent either by Royal Mail Tracked service or MyHermes courier.

  • We will send an email on the day of dispatch.

  • Complimentary gift wrapping and a personalised card is included with all gift orders. Please indicate at checkout that your item is a gift.

  • For jewellery gifts sent directly to your recipient, please include the delivery address and your gift message at checkout.

International Delivery

  • ​We ship items internationally via Royal Mail's International Tracked Service

  • We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the country

  • Worldwide: £7.75 (2-15 working days from dispatch depending on destination)

Return Policy

Non-faulty returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. 

If for any reason you change your mind, just return the item to us in its original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition within 14 days. 

 

Unless faulty, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.  

 

We recommend that you return any items via tracked post and return costs must be covered. 

 

Once we receive your item we will process your refund directly to your original payment method within 30 days, subject to the above terms and conditions.

Returning faulty items

If your product is faulty please return it to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed. 

​

If an item has been approved to be returned we will contact you with details of how to return your item free of charge via Royal Mail tracked service. 

​

Please note that a faulty jewellery item corrected by another jeweller voids the 30 day warranty period.
