Non-faulty returns
If for any reason you change your mind, just return the item to us in its original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition within 14 days for a refund.
Unless faulty, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings.
Returning faulty items
If your product is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, or to have your item fixed.
If an item has been approved to be returned we will contact you with details of how to return your item free of charge via Royal Mail tracked service.
